Building an environment for business

In order to let office space in the tallest tower in the City of London, we created a bespoke interactive presentation space that gave the team complete control over the meeting environment.

The ambition was for Heron Tower to be the finest commercial accommodation proposition in the world, offering an unprecedented level of quality and service. This ambition needed to be apparent before the building was completed in order to attract commercial tenants.

While running through potential presentations with the team we noticed how different each one was, and that allowing different team members to make presentations in different ways would be advantageous. To enable this, we created a touch screen interface that allows users to instantly display any of the buildings features, show floorpans, location maps etc. as well as to affect the lighting in the room and the building model.

Ensuring that the whole experience was delivered with the same high standards as the building allowed prospective tenants to get a real sense of what it would be like to inhabit the space once built, before the construction was completed.

Giving users this effortless access to all parts of the building story in a controlled and engaging way also made the sales team more confident leading to more successful meetings.
